TOWN WIDE INTENSIFICATION STUDY - RESIDENTS' MEETINGS
The Town of Richmond Hill is conducting a Residential Intensification Study which will establish policies to identify areas of the Town where intensification should take place.
Intensification may take the form of townhouses, low rise apartments, high rise apartments and mixed use developments. A draft report is available for review at the Municipal Office, Planning Department located at 225 East Beaver Creek Road. The Residential Intensification Report may be viewed on the Town's Website at
www.richmondhill.ca/homepage.asp under the "Meetings" tab. Of interest to Ward 4 residents, the following meetings have been scheduled.
NOTE: The meeting on June 8th is being hosted by the Downtown Task Force and will be of particular interest to residents in the Village Core.
